WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?

Black Tie Creative. We ask our guests to adhere to the rules of traditional black tie wedding attire while leaving room for the expression of your culture i.e. kente, kitenge, kanga, or ankara. Men should wear a tux or formal suit, and women should wear floor-length gowns. Feel free to get creative with your accessories!

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

We love the kids! However, we ask that everyone leave their children at home or with caretakers during all the wedding events. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.

IS THE VENUE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The white wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will occur outdoors at dusk. The reception will take place under a marquee in the evening.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the South African wedding, please let us know as soon as possible by RSVPing "no" so that we can plan accordingly.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Our white wedding is by invitation only. We will only be able to accommodate spouses as a plus one.

WHAT ARE YOUR COVID-19 PROTOCOLS?

We are following local regulations and protocols in Kenya, Ghana, and South Africa. Currently, fully vaccinated travelers to Ghana are not required to undergo pre-departure COVID-19 testing or to undergo testing upon arrival.

Travellers who are not fully vaccinated are required to provide a negative COVID-19 PCR test result not more than 48 hours prior to arrival in Ghana and will also undergo rapid antigen testing upon arrival. In addition, a COVID-19 vaccination will be offered at the airport. Please refer to the embassy website of your country of residence for information regarding entry back into the country upon returning from Ghana. In order to keep everyone safe, please ensure that you have a negative COVID test result so we can party freely!
